为研究凝胶推进剂的流变特性,建立了两种不同结构的凝胶推进剂管道输送系统模型。在直管流变特性实验基础上,确定了凝胶推进剂的流变参数,采用凝胶推进剂和水对整个凝胶推进剂管道输送系统流动进行了数值模拟,并将结果与输送系统流阻实验的实验值进行了对比分析。结果显示数值计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。
To study the rheological properties of gel propellants, two different models of gel propellant pipe delivery systems were established. The rheological parameters of gel propellants were determined on the basis of the experiment of rheological properties of straight pipes. The flow of the whole gel propellant pipeline was numerically simulated by using gel propellants and water. The results were compared with those of conveying system flow Resistance experiment experimental values were compared. The results show that the numerical results agree well with the experimental results.
