我们在中国科学院原子核研究所的协助下,完成了用氚标记丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠的研究工作后,接着又进行了该放射性药物在大白鼠体内分布和排泄的研究,并获得成功。丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠是丹参(Salva milior-rhiza Bunge)的干燥根中含有的十一种丹参酮中含量较高的成份之一。由于丹参酮Ⅱ_A是酯溶性成份,难溶于水,经磺化成磺酸钠的形式成为水溶性化合物而可作静脉给药。为进一步探讨丹参酮Ⅱ_A磷酸钠的药理作用及配合临床用药,我们进行了用氚标记丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠的研究及大白鼠体内分布和排泄的试验。用气体曝射法完成了氚标记,用甲醇除去游离氚。此时得到的氚标记化合物粗成品的放射性比强度为16微居里/毫克分子。氚标记化合物的初步纯化是用氯仿在温水浴中反复溶解标
With the help of the Institute of Nuclear Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, we completed the research on the tritium labeled sodium tanshinone Ⅱ_A sulfonate, and then succeeded in the study on the distribution and excretion of the radiopharmaceutical in rats. Tanshinone Ⅱ_A sodium sulfonate is one of the 11 tanshinone-containing ingredients contained in the dried root of Salva milior-rhiza Bunge. Since tanshinone II_A is an ester-soluble component, it is hardly soluble in water and can be administered as a water-soluble compound in the form of sulfonated sodium sulfonate. To further explore the pharmacological effects of tanshinone Ⅱ_A sodium phosphate and clinical use, we conducted tritium labeled sodium tanshinone Ⅱ_A sodium and rat in vivo distribution and excretion of the test. Tritium labeling was done by gas exposure and free tritium was removed with methanol. The radioactivity intensity of the crude product of tritium labeled compound obtained at this time was 16 micro-curie / milligram.
