仙桃市从1981年起十年累计财政收入60715万元,上交省财政24522万元(含省级收入),交中央财政3831.1万元,为国民经济建设作出了应有的贡献。十年来,在确保财政收支平衡方面主要抓了以下几个方面的工作。一、正视财政困难,坚持平衡观念十年来,我市财政的收支保平衡工作始终是在收入增加难、支出压力大的情况下进行的。
