输尿管镜技术具有创伤小、出血少、痛苦小、恢复快、住院时间短、直视下观察病变部位更准确等优点。我院2003年5月-2007年5月运用输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石330例，手术经过顺利，效果满意，现将护理体会介绍如下。
