目的:研制一种新型脱位颞下颌关节复位器,解决临床常见的脱位颞下颌关节口内手法复位出现的问题。方法:新型脱位颞下颌关节复位器为口外复位操作,包括脱位颞下颌关节复位器本体及缺失磨牙补偿体两部分。结果:应用新型脱位颞下颌关节复位器复位口外操作,术者可以自如调整角度,复位效率高,医患双方配合顺畅,防止患者无意识咬伤术者,杜绝交叉感染。结论:新型脱位颞下颌关节复位器是一种实用有效的器具,避免目前脱位颞下颌关节作口内手法复位时带来的问题。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a new type of dislocation temporomandibular joint reduction device to solve the problem of manipulation reduction in common oral dislocation of the temporomandibular joint. Methods: The new dislocation temporomandibular joint reducer for the operation of the mouth, including the dislocation of the temporomandibular joint and the loss of molars body compensation two parts.
