Megasoft Online公司推出了基于Web的数据和软件分配应用程序Web Transporter 2.0软件。Web Transporter 2.0带有的管理功能和客户端特征,在本来就已相当出色的管理和跟踪能力方面又前进了一步。不过,Web Transporter尚缺乏许多软件包安装功能,而这些功能在竞争产品中都可以找到。 Web Transporter 2.0是在7月底正式上市发行的。它的用户组管理功能,加密及用户身份认证能力均有所改善,另外它还提供采用Java小程序开发的客户端。这样的客户端程序能够为用户省掉许多麻烦,因为在此之前用户不得不下载特定的客户端软件。在ZD实验室对Web Transporter2.0进行的测试中,此版本所具有的跟踪和管理功能表现的非常出色,在已有的用于分配的软件包中,它的性能是最好的。

Web Transporter 2.0 with management capabilities and client-side features already go a long way towards superior management and tracking capabilities. However, Web Transporter still lacks many package installation features that are found in competing products. Web Transporter 2.0 is officially released at the end of July. Its user group management capabilities, encryption and user authentication capabilities have improved, in addition it also provides the use of Java applet development client. Such a client program can save a lot of trouble for the user, because before that, the user has to download specific client software. In ZD Labs’ testing of Web Transporter 2.0, this release performs exceptionally well in tracking and management, with the best performance among existing distribution packages.
