临床上有时发生固定桥桥体折断,桥体和固位体分离,瓷牙面或塑料牙面损坏等,往往需取下义齿重新制作。为提高义齿的质量,作者用全息干扰图检查固定桥的应力变形,此法对义齿无损害作用,灵敏度高(0.1μm),不受义齿外形的影响。作者和光学研究所共同研制出体积小的全息摄影机,包括ЛГ—79型氦氖激光器以及描记和观察全息图的装置,用光热塑料,使在曝光后30秒获得全息干扰图,
Occurred in clinical fracture of fixed bridge pontic, bridge and retainer separation, porcelain tooth surface or plastic surface damage, etc., often need to remove the denture re-made. In order to improve the quality of the denture, the author used the hologram to check the stress and deformation of the fixed bridge. The method has no damaging effect on the denture and has high sensitivity (0.1μm) without influence of denture contour. Together with the Institute of Optics, the authors developed small holograms, including the ЛГ-79 He-Ne laser, and a device for tracing and observing holograms. Photo thermoplastics were used to obtain a holographic interference pattern 30 seconds after exposure.
