随着我国与世界各国问交流日益频繁,高校档案部门每年接待因出国留学、申请移民、公出访问及研究生入学考试办理成绩及相关证明材料的各届学生愈来愈多。因此.高校档案部门必须进一步加强档案信息服务意识,做好学生成绩档案利用工作,树立我国高校档案部门的对外服务形象。
With the frequent exchanges between our country and other countries in the world, the university archives departments receive more and more students each year due to studying abroad, applying for immigrants, public visits and postgraduate entrance examination scores and related supporting materials. Therefore, college archives departments must further enhance the awareness of archives information service, do a good job in the utilization of student achievement archives, and establish the external service image of the archives departments of colleges and universities in our country.
