在世纪之交,党中央、国务院为把建设有中国特色社会主义的宏伟事业全面推向二十一世纪,提出了西部大开发的战略。面对这一重大历史机遇,我们应用什么来迎接西部大开发战略的实施呢?本文拟就非公有制经济的发展问题作一浅略的探讨。
At the turn of the century, the Central Party Committee and the State Council put forward the strategy of developing the western region in an all-round way toward the 21st century in order to comprehensively push forward the grand cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the face of this major historical opportunity, what should we use to welcome the implementation of the strategy of developing the west? This paper intends to make a brief discussion on the development of non-public ownership economy.
