通过对高校图书馆员职业认同现状的分析,探讨不同的职业认同所造成的心理行为,激励高校图书馆员职业认同感,塑造和谐健康的心理行为,以便更好地适应图书馆工作需要。
Through the analysis of the status quo of college students’ professional identity, the paper probes into the psychological behaviors caused by different professional identities, stimulates the professional identities of college librarians and shapes the harmonious and healthy psychological behavior in order to better adapt to the needs of library work.
