脑出血患者使用醒脑健神胶囊合清开灵注射液治疗后可使T3、T4明显增加（P＜0．05），血清总胆固醇（TC）和甘油三酯（TG）均有不同程度的下降（P＜0．05）。血清载脂蛋白ApoA1升高（P＜0．05），ApoB100下降（P＜0．05）。动物实验观察到醒脑健神胶囊、中风脑得平冲剂与清开灵注射液对正常大鼠脑组织耗氧量有降低作用。各组与生理盐水组比较P＜0.01。实验结果还显示，醒脑健神胶囊合清开灵注射液、中风脑得平冲剂会清开灵注射液均有降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC和TG的作用，同时能明显升高高密度脂蛋白（HDL2）的作用（P均＜0．05）。
Patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with Xingnaojianshen Capsule and Qingkailing Injection significantly increased T3 and T4 (P<0.05), and serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) had different degrees. Animal experiments showed that Xingnaojianshen Capsule, Zhongfeng Naodeping Granules and Qingkailing Injection had a reduced effect on oxygen consumption in brain tissue of normal rats. Each group compared with saline group P<0.01. The experimental results also showed that Xingnao Jianshen capsule combined with Qingkailing injection and Zhongfeng Naodeping Granule compound Qingkailing injection all had the effect of reducing serum TC and TG in rats with hyperlipidemia, and at the same time, they could increase significantly.
