目前到企业调研,经营者对我诉说苦恼:该企业效益平平,近年一直过着“吊氧气”的日子。为了寻找出路,他们准备加大改制力度。于是,派出了四个小组分别向同行中的改革先行者、佼佼者问计。结果,四组都根据同行经验,分别提出了置换产权、股份合作制、兼并破产、国有民营四种改革模式。四种改革形式各有千秋,竟让经营者不知如何是好。选来选去,比上比下,还是拿不定主意,干脆来个暂时不改。结果,企业绩效如故。听其苦恼,让我想起了“布里丹效应”。西方的布里丹曾以寓言中饿死在草堆里的驴子为例,形象地描述了当断不断必受其乱的道理
