获各琦铜矿3号主副井提升高度均为1 104 m,井架为9层和6层,提升首绳均使用6根?32-6V×37S+FC镀锌3角股钢丝绳。主井采用双箕斗提升系统,最大静张力差为191 k N,副井采用多绳单罐笼加配重提升系统。自投入运行以来,煤矿根据不同情况使用了不同的提升首绳更换方案,笔者现将3种方案的施工顺序及其优缺点进行对比。1方案1方案1分2次进行3根旧绳带3根新绳上绳,3根新绳带3根旧绳拆除。
The main and auxiliary wells of No.3 copper mine in Qiqihar were all lifted to a height of 1 104 m, and the derrick was of 9 and 6 floors. Six primary risers were used, 32-6V × 37S + FC galvanized 3-angle wire ropes. The main shaft uses a double-skip lifting system with a maximum static tension difference of 191 kN. The auxiliary shaft adopts a multi-rope single-cage plus counterweight lifting system. Since put into operation, the coal mine used different lifting first rope replacement programs according to different situations. The author now compares the construction sequence of the three kinds of schemes and their advantages and disadvantages. 1 program 1 program 1 2 times 3 old ropes with 3 new ropes, 3 new ropes with 3 old ropes removed.
