目的探讨XIAP、P53和Ki67在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及相互关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测35例甲状腺乳头状癌和28例甲状腺腺瘤组织中XIAP、P53和Ki67的表达情况。结果 XIAP、P53和Ki67在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达阳性率分别为94.29%、85.71%和65.71%,与甲状腺腺瘤(50.00%、14.29%、7.14%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。P53和Ki67的表达与XIAP的表达无相关性(r值分别为0.05177和0.02457,P均>0.05)。P53和Ki67在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、结节数量、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),XIAP表达女性高于男性。结论 XIAP、P53和Ki67在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达增高,XIAP、P53和Ki67表达无相关关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of XIAP, P53 and Ki67 in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of XIAP, P53 and Ki67 in 35 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and 28 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results The positive expression rates of XIAP, P53 and Ki67 in papillary thyroid carcinoma were 94.29%, 85.71% and 65.71%, respectively, which were significantly different from those of thyroid adenoma (50.00%, 14.29%, 7.14%) (P< 0.01). There was no correlation between the expression of P53 and Ki67 and the expression of XIAP (r values were 0.05177 and 0.02457, respectively; P all>0.05). The expression of P53 and Ki67 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was not related to sex, age, number of nodules and tumor size (P>0.05). XIAP expression was higher in females than in males. Conclusion The expression of XIAP, P53 and Ki67 in papillary thyroid carcinoma is increased, but there is no correlation between the expression of XIAP, P53 and Ki67.
