Narcissus tazetta chinensis is a traditional Chinese flower. Its yellow and white flowers with green leaves and white roots, coupled with the sculpture formed after the beautiful shape of the bulb and a unique fragrance, not only by the people’s favorite, and renowned overseas. However, the damage of virus disease in recent years has made the growth potential of narcissus weaken, the quality declines and the degradation of commodity ball has a direct impact on its ornamental value and economic benefits. Therefore, cultivation of non-toxic narcissus ball as soon as possible, to improve their species, to restore good quality is an urgent task. Therefore, in 1988, we used tissue-free cultivation of bulbs without virus, induced them to produce adventitious buds and beads, and then induced rooting. A large number of complete in vitro plantlets have been obtained (see Figure 1).
