目的了解天津市全民健康生活方式行动(行动)第1阶段工作开展的效果。方法随机抽取1个行动工作完成优秀的区县(优秀区县)和1个行动工作完成合格的区县(合格区县)开展调查。采用分层整群抽样方法,每个区县随机抽取≥18岁常住居民500名。采用面对面问卷方法调查生活方式知识和行为情况,并对两个区县问卷各项内容进行分析比较。结果优秀区县和合格区县相比,对行动和健康生活方式相关知识的知晓以及一些健康行为的改善比率更高,如优秀区县和合格区县对行动的知晓率分别为51.4%和11.3%(χ2=188.683,P<0.01),知道每人每天应摄入食盐6 g以下的人群比例分别为88.8%、20.8%(χ2=469.757,P<0.01)。结论全民健康生活方式行动可提高居民健康生活方式知识水平,并对改善居民健康行为有一定效果。
Objective To understand the effect of the first phase of Tianjin Healthy Living Style Action (Action). Methods A random sample of 1 districts and counties (qualified districts and counties) that completed the excellent operation of the county (excellent districts and counties) and 1 area of operation completed the investigation. By stratified cluster sampling method, 500 counties of permanent residents ≥ 18 years were randomly selected in each district and county. Face-to-face questionnaire survey of lifestyle knowledge and behavior, and the contents of the two districts and counties were analyzed and compared. Outcomes Outstanding districts and prefectures and districts compared to awareness of behavioral and healthy lifestyle knowledge and some of the health behavior to improve the rate is higher, such as outstanding districts and eligible districts and counties to know the action were 51.4% and 11.3 % (χ2 = 188.683, P <0.01). The proportion of people with daily intake of 6 g or less of salt should be 88.8% and 20.8% respectively (χ2 = 469.757, P <0.01). Conclusion The National Healthy Lifestyle Approach can improve residents ’knowledge of healthy lifestyles and has some effect on improving residents’ health behaviors.
