在冬枣盛花期喷1次不同浓度赤霉素(GA3),以研究GA3对冬枣叶片光合特性的影响及其持续期。结果表明,40 mg/L GA3处理显著提高了冬枣叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,降低了胞间CO2浓度;80 mg/L GA3处理降低了叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,提高了胞间CO2浓度;20、60 mg/L GA3处理与对照整体差异不大;除80 mg/L GA3处理外,20、40、60 mg/L GA3处理均减弱了光合“午休”现象;GA3对冬枣叶片光合速率的影响持续了14天左右。
GAO was sprayed on jujube with full bloom to study the effects of GA3 on the photosynthetic characteristics of jujube leaves and its duration.
