宣武区位于北京市西南部,区辖大栅栏、天桥、椿树、陶然亭、广外、广内、牛街、白纸坊8个街道。1988年以前,街道仅仅发挥着区政府一级办事机构的财务职能,自身没有财权,对组织财政收入缺少积极性。从1988年起,宣武区开始改革街道财政管理体制。此后随着实践的深入,宣武区街道财政体制又经历了一系列的改革与微调,得到了不断的完善。11年的探索,街道财政体制改革收到了显著效果。8个街道的总 Located in the southwestern part of Beijing, Xuanwu District covers 8 streets of Dashilan, Flyover, Chuntian, Taoranting, Guangsheng, Canton, Niujie and Baizhifang.
