目的探讨铸造桩黏固后不同时间牙体预备对黏结强度的影响。方法因正畸拔除的84颗下颌单根管前磨牙随机分为观察组和对照组各42颗牙,2组均行根管治疗、根管预备和桩核制作及黏固,观察组分别于桩核黏固后5、15、30min行牙体预备,对照组不行牙体预备;比较2组不同时间黏固铸造桩微拉伸黏结强度。结果铸造桩黏固后5、15、30min时,观察组黏结强度分别为(109.25±20.37)、(116.33±20.64)、(181.11±27.10)N,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组黏结强度分别为(175.36±40.04)、(178.71±24.37)、(182.93±37.97)N,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组5、15min时的黏结强度低于对照组(P<0.05),30 min时与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铸造桩黏固后不同时间牙体预备对黏结强度有影响,以黏固30min后行牙体预备为宜。
Objective To investigate the effect of dental preparation on the bond strength of cast-in-situ post-bonded piles at different times. Methods Eighty-four mandibular single premolar molar teeth were randomly divided into two groups (42 teeth in observation group and control group). Two groups received root canal therapy, root canal preparation and post-core production, The tooth cores were prepared at 5, 15 and 30 min after the cementing of the post and the tooth preparation was not performed in the control group. The micro-tensile bond strengths of the two groups of cementing cast piles at different times were compared. Results The bond strengths of the observation group were (109.25 ± 20.37), (116.33 ± 20.64) and (181.11 ± 27.10) N at 5, 15 and 30 minutes after the cast piles were fixed, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05) The adhesive strength of the control group were (175.36 ± 40.04), (178.71 ± 24.37) and (182.93 ± 37.97) N, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and 30 min (P> 0.05). Conclusion Casting piles at different times after the tooth preparation on the bond strength has an impact to stick 30min dental preparation is appropriate.
