为了拥有完美的微笑越来越多的人选择了正畸治疗,但在正畸治疗过程中,由于口腔卫生维护的不足和托槽、带环、弓丝等矫治器的存在,常并发牙面脱矿形成白垩色斑,甚至有可能会进一步发展为釉质龋或牙本质龋,影响了患者牙齿的美观,降低了其对治疗的满意度。有文献报道正畸并发牙面白垩斑样病损的发生率为59.4%[1]。作者通过采用树脂渗透技术对正畸后白垩斑进行修复治疗,获得良好的美学效果,现报告如下。
