劳顾问:我和几位工友于1985年6月被招入某国营汽车站当临时工,1997年9月被同单位正式招收为合同制职工。但我们原来当临时工的工龄却被取消了。根据《劳动法》我们认为不合理,曾找过本单位劳资科领导说理,他说我们的“投保年限”从投保之日起计算,“投保”之前当临时工的工龄不能计算。请问:我们的工龄应从什么时候起开始计算。如果单位不执行这些政策规定,我们应该怎么办?谢谢某国营汽车站廖辉等五位工友
