家兔正常极低密度脂蛋白(N—VLDL)可使体外培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内甘油三酯(TG)增加6~16倍。加入脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)抑制剂苯硼酸(BBA)可使培养液内游离脂酸(FFA)水平降低,N—VLDL—TG含量升高、细胞内TG堆积被明显甚至完全抑制。证明了LPL在巨噬细胞摄取N—VLDL—TG中起主要作用。
Rabbit normal very-low-density lipoprotein (N-VLDL) can increase 6-16 times triglyceride (TG) in mouse peritoneal macrophages cultured in vitro. The addition of lipopolysaccharide lipase (LPL) inhibitor phenylboronic acid (BBA) decreased the levels of free fatty acids (FFA) in the culture medium, increased the content of N-VLDL-TG and significantly inhibited the accumulation of intracellular TG. It was demonstrated that LPL plays a major role in the uptake of N-VLDL-TG by macrophages.
