行星摆线针轮传动是一种比较新型的齿轮传动。近年来,各国对行星摆线针轮减速器的设计、制造较为重视。我国也有不少单位在研制这种减速器,并建立了专业制造厂。这种减速器具有结构紧凑、外形尺寸小、重量轻、传动比范围大、效率高、传动平稳、寿命长的优点,现已在工程机械上开始采用,获得良好的效果。本文比较系统地介绍了行星摆线齿轮传动的原理、结构、设计计算等资料,可供有关人员设计、制造时参考。
Planetary cycloid drive is a relatively new type of gear. In recent years, all countries attach more importance to the design and manufacture of planetary cycloid reducer. There are many units in China to develop this reducer, and the establishment of a professional manufacturer. The reducer has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, large transmission ratio range, high efficiency, stable transmission and long service life. The reducer has been used in construction machinery to obtain good results. This article systematically introduces the principle, structure, design and calculation of planetary cycloidal gear transmission data, which can be designed and manufactured by relevant personnel.
