维护劳动者权益执法检查是今年市人大常委会确定的四项重点监督工作之一,此次执法检查以《劳动法》、《工会法》在本市的贯彻执行情况为切入口,重点检查企业工会组建、发挥工会作用依法维护职工权益和依法保障劳动者获得劳动报酬,社会保险及劳动安全卫生权利的情况。目前,执法检查已进入调研阶段,调研活动分成三个小组,按照“深入基层、各方配合、上下联动”的方式全面展开。
Maintaining laborers’ rights and law enforcement inspection is one of the four key supervision tasks identified by the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee this year. The enforcement inspection takes the implementation of “Labor Law” and “Trade Union Law” in this Municipality as the starting point and focuses on the inspection of enterprises The formation of trade unions, to play the role of trade unions in accordance with the law to safeguard the rights and interests of workers and workers in accordance with the law to protect workers’ remuneration, social insurance and labor safety and health rights. At present, law enforcement inspection has entered the research stage. The research activities are divided into three groups and are conducted in a comprehensive manner in accordance with the principle of “deepening the grassroots level, cooperating with all parties, and linking up and down”.
