目的检测活动性肺结核(APT)患者外周血CD11c+抗原提呈细胞(CD11c+APC)的比例及其表达HLA-DR和CD86的情况。方法采用流式细胞术对52例APT患者外周血CD11c+APC的比例及其HLA-DR和CD86的表达进行检测,并以15例健康志愿者作为对照。结果 APT患者外周血CD11c+APC的比例显著高于对照组,治疗后组显著高于治疗前组;患者CD11c+APC中表达HLA-DR的细胞数以及HLA-DR表达的平均荧光强度均显著高于对照组,而且CD11c+APC中表达CD86的细胞数也显著高于对照组。结论 APT患者外周血CD11c+APC增加,CD11c+APC中HLA-DR和CD86表达增强。
Objective To detect the proportion of CD11c + antigen presenting cells (CD11c + APC) and the expression of HLA-DR and CD86 in peripheral blood of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis (APT). Methods The proportion of CD11c + APC and the expression of HLA-DR and CD86 in 52 APT patients were detected by flow cytometry. Fifteen healthy volunteers were used as control. Results The percentage of CD11c + APC in peripheral blood of patients with APT was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the pretreatment group. The number of HLA-DR expressing cells and the average fluorescence intensity of HLA-DR expression in CD11c + APC patients were significantly higher In the control group, the number of cells expressing CD86 in CD11c + APC was also significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The levels of CD11c + APC in peripheral blood of APT patients increased, and the expression of HLA-DR and CD86 in CD11c + APC increased.
