水轮机的磨蚀破坏,已成为泥沙河流水电站机组检修的主要项目。本文以西北地区的水电站用水轮机为主,在试验和调查的基础上,总结了各水电站的实践经验,以实例说明解决水轮机的磨蚀破坏问题。作者提出以结构改进,叶片修型,选用优质材料,提高制造工艺和采用保护涂层等5个方面的综合治理方法较为有效。图12,表1,参6.
Abrasion damage of turbines has become a major project of overhauling unit of Shashahe Hydropower Station. Based on the experiments and surveys, this paper summarizes the practical experience of each hydropower station, and illustrates the solution to the problem of abrasion and destruction of hydraulic turbines with examples. The author put forward the structural improvement, blade repair, selection of high quality materials, improve the manufacturing process and the use of protective coating 5 aspects of comprehensive management methods more effective.
