目的 :电子显微镜下观察超剂量使用米非司酮的大鼠子宫内膜超微结构改变 ,为进一步扩大米非司酮临床使用范围提供形态学依据。方法 :实验组大鼠每日灌服米非司酮 30 m g/只 ,分别于第 8,15 ,2 9天处死取子宫 ,超薄切片 ,电子显微镜观察。结果 :子宫内膜纤毛细胞纤毛减少 ,分泌细胞胞质内出现有空泡的圆形颗粒 ,并有顶浆分泌 ,内膜上皮基质呈动情前表现。子宫腺细胞基底及核上区有糖原斑 ,为动情晚期形态。小血管内皮间隙增大 ,其周围大量多形核细胞浸润 ,似人类月经期崩解的子宫内膜。子宫内膜多种细胞及间质内均可见多泡体、巨大溶酶体和残余体。结论 :长期超剂量使用米非司酮会使子宫内膜发育不同步 ,还可能导致细胞代谢失调
OBJECTIVE: To observe ultrastructural changes of endometrium of rats with overdose of mifepristone under electron microscope and provide morphological basis for further expanding the scope of clinical use of mifepristone. Methods: The rats in the experimental group were fed with mifepristone 30 m g / day on the 8th, 15th and 29th days, respectively. The uterus and the ultrathin sections were taken and observed under the electron microscope. Results: The cilia of endometrial ciliated cells decreased, round particles with vacuoles appeared in the cytoplasm of secretory cells, and apical secretion was produced. Uterine gland cells and the nucleus of the glycogen-based plaque, for the late state of estrus. Small vascular endothelial gap increased, surrounded by a large number of polymorphonuclear cell infiltration, like the human menstrual collapse of the endometrium. Many endometrial cells and interstitial are visible in the multi-bubble body, huge lysosomes and remnants. CONCLUSIONS: Long-term overdosage of mifepristone causes asynchrony in endometrial development and may also lead to metabolic disorders in cells
