当前我国经济飞速发展,政治地位不断提高,文化影响也日益扩大。中华民族的伟大复兴,包含中华民族体育的振兴。在中华民族走向现代化的进程中,中国的民族传统体育如何发展是值得深入研究的课题。对我国的民族传统体育进行研究,是为了寻找它在新时期的发展途径,为之建立一套完整的现代化理论体系,让代表中华文明的民族传统体育在融入世界体育文化的过程中发挥独特的作用。
