闸带式抱闸多用于中、浅孔钻机,如XY－1型钻机、XU300－2型钻机及XB500型钻机。其中XU300－2型钻机的抱闸由于装有后支架提环(3)(图1),便于调整闸带(1)和闸轮(图中未画出)的水平间隙,但同时使闸带(1)工作时处于不良受力状态而时有折断。为此,我们作了结构改进,改进后的抱闸器在我厂生产的改型产品XU300－2A型钻机上,迄今已生产出厂800余台,用户反映良好。本文即以XU300－2型钻机
