载人飞船着水过程中的冲击加速度使返回舱面临严重考验。该文利用有限元的液固耦合方法和ALE(arbitrary Lagrange Euler)算法模拟了返回舱的着水冲击过程,以及竖直入水速度、水平速度、俯仰角、侧倾角和滚动角这5个着水冲击响应参数。结果表明:只有竖直速度对最大冲击加速度的影响显著;在确定竖直速度的情况下俯仰角和侧倾角以及两者的交互效应较为显著;水平速度和滚动角影响不显著。
The impact acceleration of manned spacecraft in the process of water makes the return capsule face a serious test. This paper simulates the water impact process of the return capsule and the five water inputs of vertical water inlet velocity, horizontal velocity, pitch angle, roll angle and roll angle by using finite element method of liquid-solid coupling and ALE (arbitrary Lagrange Euler) Impact response parameters. The results show that only the vertical velocity has a significant impact on the maximum impact acceleration. The pitch angle and roll angle and the interaction between the two are significant when the vertical velocity is determined. The horizontal velocity and roll angle have no significant effect.
