2001年中科院20多名科技外事干部赴美国伊利诺大学接受国际合作项目管理培训,听取教授们关于“美国的科政策和战略”、“国际合作”、“生物技术研究”、“研究与开发实验室的有效组织”、“战略决策”、“信息技术和电子商务”、“技术转移”、“知识产权保护和专利”等方面的讲课。同时,还参观了具有世界领先水平的科学研究机构和公司。如:费米实验室、美国农业部、美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)及国立医学图书馆(NLM)、Brookhaven国家实验室、Motorola 公司、Intel 公司、Stan-ford 大学及硅谷等一些高科技公司。历经18天的境外培训和参观访问,使我们对国际合作项目管理以及在国际合作中做好知识产权保护的重要性有了一些新的认识。1、加深认识,明确目标:通过学习,更加意识到,国际合作管理是国家科技工作
In 2001, more than 20 Chinese science and technology foreign affairs cadres from the Chinese Academy of Sciences went to the University of Illinois in the United States to receive international cooperation in project management training and listened to the professors' suggestions on the “U.S. Departmental Policies and Strategies,” “International Cooperation,” and “Biotechnology Research” , “Effective Organization for Research and Development Labs”, “Strategic Decision”, “Information Technology and Electronic Commerce”, “Technology Transfer”, “Intellectual Property Protection and Patent” lecture. At the same time, also visited the world's leading scientific research institutions and companies. Such as Fermilab, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, NIH and NLM, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Motorola, Intel, Stan-ford University and some high-tech companies such as Silicon Valley .
