由机械电子部北京机电研究所承担的国家基金项目“脆性材料断裂韧性测定前裂纹预制方法的研究”课题,于1989年11月20日在北京通过技术鉴定。由20余名从事材料疲劳断裂性能研究及测试方面的专家组成的鉴定委员会,对该项目的研究内容、方法、原理、试验结果进行了详细审议。认为本课题利用复合加载方法得到应力强度因子K_l值随裂纹长度α的增加而自动降低的关系,能在脆性材料上(?)制出规定长度的疲劳裂纹,并具有清晰的裂纹前
The National Fund project undertaken by the Institute of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Beijing Institute of Mechatronics, “Research on Crack Pre-Cracking Method for Determining Fracture Toughness of Brittle Materials” passed the technical appraisal in Beijing on November 20, 1989. By more than 20 appraisal committees composed of experts engaged in the study and testing of the fatigue fracture properties of materials, the contents, methods, principles and test results of the project were examined in detail. It is considered that the K_l value of the stress intensity factor is automatically reduced with the increase of the crack length α by using the composite loading method. The fatigue crack with the specified length can be made on the brittle material with a clear crack
