在中国的饮食文化中传统民间小吃是其重要的组成部分,伴随着中华文明一路发展至今,然而传统民间小吃这一中国特色伴随着日益衰减的民族意识逐渐被人们所忽视。本研究将从传统民间小吃“冰粉”的开发研究为起点,保留传统民间小吃原有民族特色的基础上通过改良加工方法,呈现方式,销售方式等方面入手探寻民间小吃的新吃法。
Traditional Chinese snacks in China’s dietary culture are an important part of it. With the development of Chinese civilization till now, the Chinese characteristics of traditional folk snacks are gradually neglected by people due to the declining national consciousness. This research will start from the research and development of traditional folk snack “ice powder ”, keep the original national features of traditional folk snacks, and explore new ways to eat folk snacks by improving processing methods, presentation methods and sales methods .
