目的：早期发现和诊断系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）并发的播散性血管内凝血（ＤＩＣ），并及时给予中西医结合治疗，以提高抢救的成功率。方法：ＳＬＥ并发ＤＩＣ患者４例中３例采用复方丹参注射液和西药治疗，１例仅用西药治疗。结果：３例亚急性ＤＩＣ患者在早期治疗后获成功，１例为急性ＤＩＣ患者死亡。结论：早期发现、早期诊断和中西医结合疗法可以提高治疗的成功率，这种疗法应用得越早，并发ＤＩＣ的ＳＬＥ患者预后就越好
OBJECTIVE: To detect and diagnose disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) complicated by systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in early stage and to give Chinese and Western medicine treatment in time to improve the success rate of rescue. Methods: Four patients with SLE complicated with DIC were treated with compound Danshen injection and western medicine in 3 cases, and western medicine alone in 1 case. Results: Three patients with subacute DIC succeeded in early treatment and one died of acute DIC. CONCLUSIONS: Early detection, early diagnosis and combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the success rate of treatment. The earlier this therapy is applied, the better the prognosis is for SLE patients with DIC
