六盘水至盘县高速公路是贵州省骨架公路规划方案“三纵三横八联八支”公路网中毕节至安龙高速公路的一段,公路竣工通车后,六盘水至盘县的公路里程较老路缩短了80多km,行车时间由原来的5 h减少到约1.5 h。在介绍项目区概况的基础上,详细分析了该项目建设对项目区水土流失的影响。根据公路建设项目水土流失特点、危害程度和防治目标、水土流失预测结果和划定的防治责任范围,确定了不同防治区的防治措施及布局,以形成防治措施体系。在不同类型的防治措施布局中,以临时防护措施、工程措施和植物措施相结合的方式,力求使本项目建设造成的水土流失得以集中治理。

According to the characteristics of soil and water loss, hazard degree and prevention and control targets, soil erosion prediction results and the scope of responsibility for prevention and control of highway construction projects, the prevention and control measures and layout in different prevention and control areas are determined to form a prevention and control system. In different types of prevention and control measures, the temporary control measures, engineering measures and plant measures are combined to try to make the soil and water loss caused by the project construction centralized.
