目的:以武汉市妇幼保健信息网络化建设为模板,探讨了当前我国妇幼保健信息网络化建设的重要性和必要性,以及开展妇幼保健信息网络化建设的具体方法。表明妇幼保健信息网络化建设应保证基层报告人员有较高的责任心和技能,根据国家功能规范建立统一的应用系统体系,在满足公共决策需要的基础上充分发挥服务功能,从而实现妇幼信息网络的全覆盖、妇幼信息报表直报管理、妇幼信息的网络互动与共享、妇幼信息的分析与利用等基本功能。
