为探讨抑癌基因P16及其相关基因RB在喉癌组织中表达的意义和其相互关系,应用免疫组化分析方法(SP法)对54例喉癌石腊标本中P16、RB蛋白产物进行检测。结果发现:P16、RB的表达缺失率分别为51.8%、16.7%,二者在喉癌中的表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.3646,P<0.05)。P16蛋白的表达随肿瘤恶性程度的提高而降低。提示:P16蛋白在抑制喉癌的恶性进展中具有重要作用。由P16、RB、CYCLIND_1,及CDK_4、CDK_6构成的调控细胞周期的负反馈通路作为细胞周期G1/S期的一个重要调节点,它的失调是导致肿瘤恶性发展的重要因素。RB可能对P16的表达具有调控作用。
In order to investigate the significance of the expression of tumor suppressor gene P16 and its related gene RB in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between them, immunohistochemistry (SP method) was used to detect the protein products of P16 and RB in 54 laryngeal paraffin specimens . The results showed that the expression of P16 and RB were 51.8% and 16.7%, respectively. There was a negative correlation between the expression of P16 and RB in laryngeal carcinoma (r = -0.3646, P <0.05). P16 protein expression decreased with the malignant degree of the tumor. Tip: P16 protein plays an important role in inhibiting the malignant progression of laryngeal carcinoma. The negative feedback pathways regulating the cell cycle composed of P16, RB, CYCLIND_1, CDK_4 and CDK_6 are important regulators of the G1 / S phase of the cell cycle. Its dysregulation is an important factor leading to the malignant development of the tumor. RB may regulate the expression of P16.
