目的对口腔根管治疗急性牙髓炎的疗效进行分析,为治疗此病提供参考依据。方法本院于2010年3月~8月收治了62例急性牙髓炎患者,将患者按照数字表随机分为两组,对照组31例,进行常规根管治疗,实验组31例,进行一次性根管治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,并且将结果进行统计学分析。结果实验组31例,有效25例,显效4例,无效2例,总有效率为93.5%。对照组31例,有效19例,显效5例,无效7例,总有效率为77.4%。实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论一次性根管治疗有比较好的疗效,值得大力的推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of oral root canal therapy on acute pulpitis and provide a reference for the treatment of this disease. Methods The hospital from March 2010 to August were treated 62 cases of acute pulpitis patients, the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to digital table, the control group of 31 patients underwent routine root canal therapy, the experimental group of 31 patients, once Sexual root canal therapy. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The experimental group of 31 cases, effective in 25 cases, 4 cases markedly effective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.5%. In control group, 31 cases were effective, 19 cases were effective, 5 cases were markedly effective and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 77.4%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion One-time root canal therapy has better curative effect, which is worth promoting and using vigorously.
