80年代以来,由于科学技术的迅猛发展,世界经济的一体化、信息手段的广泛应用,企业管理的理论与实践发生了主要变化。主要表现在:①从管理科学转向管理艺术;②从硬管理转向软管理;③从“手段人”转向“目的人”;④从强调个人间的竞争转向重视组织成员间的协作;.⑤从集权转向分权;⑥从强调理性转向重视直觉;⑦从外延式发展转向内涵式管理。本文分析了这些变化的产生原因,讨论了变化的特点及其对企业经营实践的影响。
Since the 1980s, due to the rapid development of science and technology, the integration of the world economy and the wide application of information tools, major changes have taken place in the theory and practice of enterprise management. Mainly manifested in: ① from the management of science to management art; ② from soft management to soft management; ③ “means” to “target person”; ④ emphasis on individual members of the competition shifted emphasis on collaboration among the members; ⑤ shift from centralization to decentralization; ⑥ shift from emphasis on rationality to intuition; ⑦ shift from extension to intension-type management. This article analyzes the causes of these changes, discusses the characteristics of the changes and their impact on business practices.
