本院使用日本生产的第三代头孢菌素一头孢唑肟简称CZX。治疗15例严重、顽固感染病例,其中包括肺部感染9例,尿路感染3例,化脓性胸膜炎、臀部感染、大肠杆菌性败血症各1例。CZX的剂量,一般感染2.0gqd,较重的3.0-4.0g qd,重危感染6.0 qd,都分为2-3次静脉或肌肉注射。试用结果,有效率为80％,无效20％。在治疗中仅1例出现一过性皮疹,未中断治疗。证明CZX疗效很好,副作用小,值得推广。
