我国的体育教学模式、体育教学过程、体育教学方法、体育教学评价都是以运动技能教学为基础的,而体育教学技能与教学技能之间具有重要的区别,同时也具有重要的关系。体育教师的教学技能是指体育教师在教学过程中为顺利完成体育课堂教学目标而采用的较为熟练的一系列教学行为方式。在遵循新课改标准的指导原则下,为了引导人文素质和技能培养的双层提高,体育教师除了注意自身教学技能的不断更新外,还应该积极进行体育学术研究和提升科研的能力。
The teaching model of physical education in our country, the teaching process of physical education, the teaching method of physical education and the evaluation of physical education are all based on the teaching of sports skills. However, there are important differences between physical education skills and teaching skills, and also important relationships. Physical education teachers’ teaching skills refer to a series of teaching behaviors that PE teachers adopt to accomplish the goal of PE classroom successfully in teaching process. Under the guiding principle of following the new curriculum reform standard, PE teachers should not only pay attention to the continuous updating of their teaching skills, but also actively carry out sports academic research and enhance the ability of scientific research in order to guide the improvement of both humanistic qualities and skills.
