结合太钢滨河小区建设项目某高层住宅楼这一具体工程实例,介绍了扣合式模具堵补管道预留洞施工技术的特点及应用、施工工艺流程及施工技术操作要点,提出了质量控制的具体要求,并就施工安全与环境保护给出可行性意见。扣合式模具堵补管道预留洞施工工艺绿色环保,不仅可以节省人工和材料开支,还可以降低消耗,提高施工质量,同时还能加快施工进度。这一技术不仅有效地提高了模具使用率,还提高了预留洞及混凝土面的质量,对同类施工有很好的借鉴意义。
