[目的 ]了解宁波市售保健用品卫生状况。 [方法 ]在宁波市区选择营业面积 80 0 m2 以上的 10家大型商场调查所售 2 76件保健品功效及审批情况 ,外包装及标识情况。 [结果 ]2 76件保健品主要包括 :药理作用类(5 5 .0 7% )、磁 (矿 )化类 (2 3.5 5 % )、机械作用类 (9.0 6 % )、净化加温加湿类 (5 .0 7% )、辐射及离子化作用类(3.2 6 % )和性保健类 (0 .72 % )等。功效鉴定率、卫生许可证和批准文号领取审批率分别为 16 .6 7%、 15 .94%和42 .0 3%。外包装标识率 <10 0 %的有 :磁 (矿 )化类的厂名、厂址、生产日期标识 (88.89% ) ,药理作用类、机械作用类和净化加温加湿类的生产日期标识 (75 .38%、 99.34 %和 76 .0 0 % ) ,其余产品标识率均为 10 0 %。 [结论 ]需加强保健品的卫生管理 ,制订相关的法律法规及卫生标准。
[Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of health care products in Ningbo. [Method] The survey investigated the efficacy, approval status, packaging and labeling of 2 76 health products sold in 10 large shopping centers with an area of more than 80 m2 in Ningbo City. [Results] 2 76 health products mainly included pharmacological effects (55.07%), magnetite (23.5%), mechanical effects (9.06%), decontamination and humidification (5.07%), radiation and ionization (3.2%) and sexual health (0.72%). The rate of effectiveness appraisal, health permit and approval number were 16.67%, 15.94% and 42.0% respectively. Packaging identification rate <10 0% are: magnetic (mineral) class name, address, production date identification (88.89%), pharmacological action category, mechanical action category and purification of heating and humidification production date logo .38%, 99.34% and 76.0%), the remaining product identification rate was 100%. [Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the health management of health products and formulate relevant laws, regulations and health standards.
