将蚕豆种子无菌苗(对照)和离体繁殖3代无菌苗作为供试材料,观察它们在高温和紫外线胁迫下的生长和根尖细胞有丝分裂的情况。试验结果表明,供试植株在高温和紫外线胁迫下在外观上表现叶片枯黄、植株死亡,在染色体水平上发生了畸变,紫外线胁迫造成的畸变程度大于高温胁迫,3代克隆苗的畸变程度大于种子苗。
Aseptic seedlings of Vicia faba L. (control) and three generations of in vitro sterile seedlings were used as test materials to observe the growth and mitosis of root tip cells under heat and UV stress. The results showed that under the conditions of high temperature and UV stress, the tested plants showed yellow leaves and died of plants in appearance, which were distorted at the chromosome level. The degree of distortion caused by ultraviolet radiation was greater than that under high temperature stress. The degree of distortion of the third generation of clonal seedlings was higher than that of seeds seedling.
