学习动机是激发学习行为和引导方向的原动力。教师教学一项重要的任务就是要解决并且激发学生的学习动机问题。以学习动机理论为基本依据,教师教学应该从多方面着手。本文从主要介绍了学习动机的定义、分类、学习动机的作用以及如何培养与激发学生的学习动机。教师可以通过选材联系生活实际,创设欢乐的课堂气氛;帮助学生树立合理的学习目标、注重师生交流;建立良好的师生关系;激励性评价语言的运用、合理表扬与批评等方面激发学生的学习动机。学生才能在学习成绩与学习能力双方面取得共同进步。
