世界上没有完全相同的两片树叶,世界上也没有完全相同的两个人。由于同一班级有个性各异的学生,在各方面存在很大差异,除了思想品德、身体、天赋和已有的经验等以外,在学习态度、兴趣、爱好、需要及实验能力等方面也存在着差异。因此着眼于学生存在的客观差异,探讨并尊重他们的个性特长,有的放矢地进行化学教学,才能有效提高化学课堂效率和学生的素质。
The world is not exactly the same two leaves, the world is not exactly the same two people. Because students in the same class have different personalities, there are great differences in all aspects. Apart from their ideological and moral qualities, their bodies, their talents and existing experiences, students also have attitudes toward learning, interests, hobbies, needs and experimental skills difference. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the efficiency of chemistry class and the quality of students, we should pay attention to the objective difference of students, explore and respect their individuality and specialty, and aim at chemistry teaching.
