基于ANSYS CFX,发展了一种自然对流换热数值仿真计算方法。应用该方法对地面热试验中的自然对流换热进行了数值研1究。分别给出了大空间自然对流、平板型热试验真实工况下的换热热流密度大小,并将其与大空间自然对流工程经验公式计算结果、地面试验结果进行对比。结果表明,数值仿真结果具有一定的合理性和准确性,可作为地面热试验自然对流损失项补偿的依据,从而提高地面热试验的准确度和有效性。
Based on ANSYS CFX, a numerical simulation method of natural convection heat transfer is developed. This method is used to study the natural convection heat transfer in surface thermal tests. The heat transfer heat flux under the real conditions of natural convection and flat heat test of large space is given respectively, and compared with the calculation results of empirical formula of natural convection in large space and the ground test results. The results show that the numerical simulation results have certain rationality and accuracy and can be used as the basis for compensation of natural convection losses in surface thermal tests, so as to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of ground thermal tests.
