肿瘤是在内部遗传易感因素与外部环境致病因素相互作用下,在细胞的遗传物质及表观遗传物质水平,发生了足以致癌的突变及突变组合;这些突变驱动细胞持续的进入细胞周期进行有丝分裂、逃避凋亡、躲避细胞的生长接触抑制、躲避免疫抑制等,并使细胞获得与持续增长相适应的能量代谢异常、诱导肿瘤新生血管生长、缺氧与坏死等改变。深入探讨整合素在细胞生长周期的调控特点及相关参与因素,对于肿瘤疾病的治疗具有重要意义。
