为优化土壤有机质测定方法,利用可控温消解炉加热样品反应液进行土壤有机质测定,研究消解炉加热法的最适反应条件。结果表明,最适消解条件为:消解炉温度230℃,反应液微沸5 min。测定结果准确可靠,稳定性好,方法较国标法中的油浴加热法方便且易于控制,经标准样品测试,结果均在标准定值范围内,重复测定相对标准偏差小于0.49%。利用消解炉加热消解反应液测定土壤有机质方法简便可行。
In order to optimize the soil organic matter determination method, the soil organic matter was measured by heating the sample reaction solution with a controlled temperature digestion furnace to study the optimum reaction conditions for the digestion furnace heating method. The results showed that the optimum conditions for digestion were as follows: the temperature of digestion furnace was 230 ℃ and the reaction solution was slightly boiled for 5 min. The results are accurate and reliable, and the stability is good. The method is more convenient and easy to control than the oil bath heating method in the national standard method. The results of the standard samples are within the standard value range. The relative standard deviations of the repeated determination are less than 0.49%. It is simple and feasible to use the digestion furnace to heat and digest the reaction liquid to determine the soil organic matter.
