绝不能把实施预算软件仅仅理解为一个简单的信息化项目。梳理和完善现有的预算体系是软件成功实施的前提。诺亚舟咨询由预算咨询顾问和软件工程师组成的项目小组进驻烟台万华之后,对烟台万华的业务模式进行了深入调查,对公司现有的预算管理体系进行了深入细致的梳理。梳理后的总预算体系如下图1所示。烟台万华相关预算体系的梳理思路及实施情况如下:一、从产品、行业、客户、渠道、销售员、地区等多个角度编制销售预算销售预算是公司预算的龙头。销售预算的准确性对公司整体预算准确性的影响非常大,历来受到每一个企业的重视。烟台万华在系统实施前的销售预算仅从产品一个角度编制,相对粗放。由于该公司产品应用行业非常广泛,包括制鞋、保温、冰箱冰柜、氯纶、车用聚氯酯等二十多个细分行业,每一个行业的增长对万华的收入贡献都是不一样的。在公司的经营策略上,也会对一些重点行业予以特别关注,特别是在目前产品供不应求的情况
